I'm not sure what this means. Amazon only converts the file, they don't keep it on their servers.

If you'd get in trouble for putting certain documents on your Kindle and having them discovered, you may want to refrain from doing that. Maybe a netbook or an iPod Touch that you can password protect would be better suited to your work needs.
