I don't know if this BookLand link is still good, or if this dictionary works on modern PocketBooks, but if it does this looks like the simplest english dictionary solution.

In the installation instructions it looks like it asks for the device's serial number. Does this mean that it's only good for one device? Also it installs using an application called "PBI" — do all PocketBooks use this?

Thanks for any pointers. I'll probably wait until I get my new PocketBook (if this is only good for one device) but this looks like it could be the easiest way to get the Oxford Dictionary on a PocketBook, which would be nice.

EDIT: Definitely for one device only. All I had to do is read the installation instructions, they weren't hiding it. From the Instructions...
