Recently I told Alexa to play Glenn Miller, but the fire tv cube picked it up and started playing music. I didn't want it to play on there, and I always keep the microphone of the cube turned off, but it must have turned itself on. So I said Alexa stop. Then I turned off the cube's microphone and asked Alexa (the gen 3 one) to play Glenn Miller. I had the AC on and could barely here her, but she said I would have to pay $14.99 a month for that, because music was already playing on another device. I couldn't make it understand that the other device shut it off. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I ended up unplugging the gen 3, replugged and asked it to play Glenn Miller and it was OK.
