Did you restart the device? I have no idea when I lost that, but, putting it back in now, I had to restart the device to see it. And screenshots of what screen showed the wrong format? The only place I can think of for the date is the published date on the details screen for a book. And of course, the first book I chose had the date "06/06/2020"
