The OP has multiple strong constraints that no single reader can meet and seems to be willing to use more than one reader. I think a used Sony DPT-1 would work for PDFs for the OP. I have no experience with any other 13" device, so I did not mention any particular device.

You are full of it if you expect any thinking, discerning person to take your arbitrary demands and prohibitions seriously.
