That's because 30 hardback books in a bookshelf are MORE than enough to impress your boss, friends, and family. Anything more is just an expensive overkill. You buy impressive titles in the remainders section of B&N, and then go to Amazon for your trashy, Sci-Fi, romance, mysteries with pickup trucks, tortured billionaires, and sword fights.
