We got through it, but it was painful. I love Teams, and it has given them the ability to do things during this pandemic that would have been difficult without the tools that MS 365 has given them. But I hate trying to troubleshoot hardware problems remotely!
I cannot imagine trying to troubleshoot anything in BIOS like that. This is why, for all of my love of technology, my court files and my planner/daybook will ALWAYS be on paper.
