Hello,
I got a Kindle PW2 but with some error.
The mistake is that I can't change the language (from German), I can't do a factory reset, I can't delete the books that are on it (after each reset or language change, it reverts, deletes my books, restores in German, and return the books that were on).
I tried the firmware update but without success because it deletes my bin file when I turn off the usb (or it deletes when it tries to reset).
S / N: 9017 2201 4303 0HDR
FV: 5.8.11 (3243010037)

I went through the whole forum, and I didn't find a similar problem or I missed it.
Can you help me solve this problem?
