Hi all, hope you can help me... I have a 10th generation Paperwhite with more than 400 books on it (I always use the usb cable as my wifi is not very stable).

I always applied the latest available firmware update without issues. Since last 2 or 3 updates though (now at 5.13.1), I noticed often .mobi books I add do not appear, but if I convert them to the .azw3 format they do. Previously added mobi books work fine.

Furthermore, one of these converted azw3 books causes the Kindle to freeze if I try to read it; in this case even the shutdown button seems to work erratically (I have to chose "reboot" multiple times or "shutdown" until it finally works after a while).

I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar problems?

Is there an archive somewhere where I can get older firmwares for my Kindle PW?
