
Sigh. I feel your pain.
This was worse -- she was trying to fix a deployment problem and it was in the BIOS of the laptop. Which she couldn't show because there was no way to see the screen of the laptop. She tried to show it, but the glare off the laptop screen made it impossible. (Camera was on her Mac laptop. )
We got through it, but it was painful. I love Teams, and it has given them the ability to do things during this pandemic that would have been difficult without the tools that MS 365 has given them. But I hate trying to troubleshoot hardware problems remotely!
