The PocketBook Cloud definitely allows you to sync your own (uploaded) books. I've tested it on my Touch Lux 3, and with the application on my BlackBerry KeyONE. It even works with Adobe DRM books.

EDIT: Should add, also works with the online reader. Syncs highlights and notes.
