If we decide to go with this approach, I will need someone to create the appropriate icons for a Edit ToC icon.

So perhaps a new icon for "Edit ToC" might be more appropriate. Of course any new icon would have to work with both Light and Dark modes at the same time, be consistent with what we have now, and be contributed to Sigil to prevent license issues.

Any thoughts?
