Yup.
Some are even unaware that new Edge runs on Android and has over 10M happy users on android after just a few monthsm

It also has a 6% share on Windows after barely a couple of months. This is on top of old Edge, which hasn't been EOL'ed yet, and (sigh) Internet Explorer. Seriously.

As to the OP, both Edge and Chrome accept the same plugins, so both browsers *can* be used for offline reading of DRM-free ePubs.
