Hi!
I found this forum in a search for a way to install Linux on a Kobo e-reader. I found a post by user MarekGibek and a wiki with information that dates from 7-8 years ago.
(2013)
Turn your Kobo into a Debian Linux tablet

I have tried to use the information to install Linux on a Kobo Clara HD however it wasn't successful. The Kobo Clara HD also has a SD card slot on the back but it didn't boot the image from 7-8 years ago or a Debian USB install image.
The following info from 2018 provides information about hacking a Kobo Clara HD however it does not provide information about the installation of Linux.
Does anyone have experience with the installation of Linux on a Kobo Clara HD or similar device?
