Steampunk is a popular sub-genre of science fiction. And Science Fiction has its roots in Fantasy. Smugglepunk I know nothing about. Perhaps it has to do with steam-powered biplanes smuggling contraband. Or a Rube Goldberg machine, such as a domino-powered dynamo, one that that to be perpetually re-set in order to keep working.
