Percent done is counted by books, not chapters. So a one book download will jump like that.

FFF doesn't have such a feature. Best I can think of would be3
include_tocpage and consolidate manually.
Calibre's epub->azw3 convert creates a consolidated TOC page from the metadata TOC, maybe you can do something with Convert?

That story URL works for me--for the first chapter anyway; I'm not downloading 300+ chapters while on mobile data. There was a fix for webnovel URLs in the last release.
