Does the ‘headphone’ icon appear on the Kindle book as listed on library view? If not, then the Kindle is not going to sync reading position between the book and audiobook.

I assume everything works on iOS (including immersion reading) with this title? Does Goodreads update work with the Kindle app there?

I don’t listen to audiobooks with my Kindle but have had a number of issues with Whispersync for Voice over the years: titles that ‘should’ support it but it is not working for my account, and titles that support it when I purchase the book/audiobook, and then later on it stops working, works on one device but not another, etc. Customer support has been able to resolve these every time (usually Audible support and not Kindle support) but it is annoying that it happens in the first place. It breaks sometimes when there is an update to the ebook (e.g. ASIN changes) or audiobook.

Email support is generally not very helpful in resolving issues. Have them call you, contact Audible about the Whispersync for Voice issue. I haven’t had good luck with chat support, they are multitasking and that doesn’t work so well.
