is there a conversion setting (few of which do i have any clue what they do) that I need to set, to turn the endnotes in epub, back to footnotes in pdf, as they are in the print version of book?
Reflowable text makes it hard to place a footnote at the bottom of a fixed page. And as far as I know, what you are asking for does not exist.
