Library Names

Are Library Names stored in the metadata.db file? I have a bunch of them just randomly scattered here and there on my computer, and would like to open them to see what the original library name was, but I cant find the column that would have it. I can only find the library id column which is just a gui type number.

I know that creating a catalog from the database would create a library name column but I have yet to figure out how to create a .csv sheet with all the library info from just a .db file. I use SQBrowser to peruse the fields and can export individual columnns. I haven't checked to see if I could just export the entire table.
