If you use the debug line item to open the detected duplicate offense ,
you will see that it has been specified twice. You need to delete the one that YOU deem is wrong (or simply redundant) BTW do NOT close up the line at this time, only remove the content or you will need to rerun Debug as the line numbers will change

You need to repeat for each detected error
