Call or write them and tell them you need to exchange it.
Call your credit card company and see if you can reverse/undo the charge in case Kobo gives you grief (not that I'm expecting it but you never know). You might be surprised at how easy it is to have a disputed charge (e.g., defective product that the seller won't refund or exchange) removed from your bill.
