A Pilgrimage to Murder is the 17th in the Brother Athelstan series by Paul Doherty. It is $1.99 right now at Kindle US. AFAIK, this was not part of the big $0.99/$1.99 sales on Doherty titles a while back. It's not on sale, at least as of now, at Kobo US.
