During the month of August, we invite bookstore supporters to share the particular ways local bookstores and Libro.fm audiobooks are significant to them in a short video. When you submit a video, you will receive one free audiobook credit as our thanks.* We will also share a selection of videos on our blog on August 29th, and the featured creators will each receive their choice of a $100 gift card to their local bookstore or a 12-month Libro.fm audiobook membership.

What is Independent Bookstore Day?

Independent Bookstore Day is a one-day party taking place at local bookstores all across the country. While physically visiting your bookstore may look different this year due to the pandemic, your bookstore’s online shop provides a great opportunity to support them safely. Let’s use this day to celebrate the unique ways your local bookstore and booksellers contribute to your community—and to support them through your online print book and audiobook purchases.
