As mentioned before that's the version I'm running as a physical machine and it has not issues connecting with my Kobo ereaders using one of the USB 3 ports or using a USB C to micro-USB adapter. The other USB 3 port requires a USB 2 hub plugged into it before my Kobos are recognized. The explanation I got from Lenovo tech support was "interesting" when I asked why one port worked and the other one didn't.
