Perhaps you should check your history. The first Nook I saw had an eInk screen and a colour LCD screen for controls and advertising.

And please don't try to revisit the ereader wars. Too many electrons have already died in those battles. eInk, LCD, RLCD, Mirasol, whatever. If it's main purpose to allow you to read books, it's an ereader.
