ORM is not the main offering of Kobo Plus. It's the publisher for which I noticed several books that I wanted to read that were available on Kobo Plus. There are other publishers as well as the indies that are available.

Not to mention that it is not a life-time commitment, if I stop finding value in it, I simply cancel.
