Léon de Tinseau (ou comte Antoine Joseph Léon de Tinseau) né à Autun en Saône-et-Loire le 20 avril 1842 et mort le 24 décembre 1921 à Paris, fut sous préfet sous le Second Empire puis auteur à succès de romans populaires.
