Can you even buy newly manufactured 16GB microSD cards anymore? It seems like minimum size for flash storage nowadays is already 32GB or if they are selling 16GB they're only like 2 bucks cheaper.
I wonder if the smaller useful capacity is intentional for storage longevity (planar TLC and 3D QLC NAND have P/E cycles in the hundreds) or if it's because they don't want the Nia to have better features compared to the more expensive models.
