Yes.
′ PRIME (U+2032) + ″ DOUBLE PRIME (U+2033) are the correct symbols.
Side Note: And don't confuse these with RIGHT SINGLE/DOUBLE QUOTE:
’ (U+2019) + ” (U+201D)
these are curly in most fonts, while the primes are perfectly straight lines:
′ + ″ (Primes)
’ + ” (Quotations)
Ebook Side Note: Personally, I convert primes back to their dumb equivalents... because I've found some old devices (Nook) don't have those two symbols. But for Text-to-Speech reasons, the proper characters
should be used.
