What you want is not possible because Kobo does not use Android. They use Linux. There is no Kindle app out tere that would run on a Kobo.

What you can do is download our Kindle eBooks using the download over USB (if you have a Kindle) and remove any DRM and then you can convert to ePub to read with your Kobo.

Go to https://apprenticealf.wordpress.com to download the plugin for removing DRM and to ask how to use it if you need help.
