Hi,

I'm running calibre 4.21.0 on macos 10.15.6 and I just notice I can't "apply" any modification in metadata plugboard category of the preferences panel anymore. I don't know if that was like that before the update because It's been a long time since I modified something in my configuration of calibre.

The apply button stay grey. The only way to interact with it is to "Restore defaults", then apply. But adding or modifying something - like a new metadata plugboard - is not possible.

Any idea ?
