I haven't seen anything like that. Again if you can point to a specific Amazon listing it would be helpful.

(It occurs to me that these AZW books might not have been obtained from Amazon. If so, you are on your own for solving the problem as far as I am concerned. Books from non-legitimate sites can have terrible formatting.)
