So if you have a PW3, the Calibre fix may notwork as the FAQ mentions 5.12.5 and the PW3 has no later then 5.12.4. I know the bug exists in 5.12.3. Thing is, if you have a PW3, contacting Amazon to fix the bug won't matter because if a fix is made, you won't get that firmware.
