You need to change your #genre to #lcgenre and let LC automatically create it. Your #genre, being Tag-Like, is not for use in Library Codes.

Ok, I now have 2 columns:
1) Genre, #genre, Comma separated text, like tags
2) LC Genre, #lc_genre, Text, column shown in Tag browser
