CorruptError: CorruptError: database disk image is malformed
That means what it says in the last line. The database on the device is corrupt in some way. Unless you have a backup, the solution is to sign out of the Kobo account on the device, and then back in. This removes the current database, creates a new one and imports your books again. It will lose any reading status and annotations made for the sideloaded books, but, there isn't anything else you can do.
