I'd like the ability to sort in this way (most recent annotation at the top):

Alphabet book for Guide Dogs -- Sept 4 2019
Everything You need to know about GUI Plugin Annotations -- Dec 20 2015
You can't. The annotations are stored as HTML. There isn't any way to sort on the timestamps in it.
