They can't chase and trap bugs, that won't 'bug out' on them.
Knowing the trigger steps and then reporting those is only the first steps.
I was having a problem with Sigil Abending. It took over a year for someone to notice I was not working on a Single ( main book) content file. It was fixed as soon as they realized the trigger step that was missing (I work on chapter files)
