Changing the router is not possible for me, so I found a workaround (kind of). My router has the double mode 2.4 GhZ - 5 GhZ, and it allows for custom settings for each mode. So I did the following on the 2.4 GhZ one:
- Disabled the WPA2 key
- Noticed that with no encryption the Boox Nova Pro connected correctly
- Modified the Mac Filter to allow connection ONLY to the Boox Nova Pro
Maybe not the best solution, but it works.
