Qt QKey is part of the Qt library (dll) that Sigil uses (and has used since the beginning). There are no setting for QtKeys as they have their own input methods.

Given this works on Windows 10 machines with no trouble based on what others have reported, this appears to be something specific to your machine. Following Doitsu's and other suggestions and reporting back is a good idea.

I can not recreate this issue as I work and develop on macOS.
