It's not just a matter of holding the page turn and power buttons. You need to have your Forma connected to a power source. I've pasted the procedure for a manual factory reset for a Forma below:
- Charge your Forma for a couple of hours -- you can leave it plugged in after the charging time.
- Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to force your Forma to power off.
- If you unplugged your ereader in step 1, plug your Forma into a power source (your computer or an USB charger)
- Press and hold one of the page turn buttons, while holding the page turn buttons, press and hold the power button for up to 30 seconds.
- Once you see the restoring screen, you can release the buttons.
