FreeBSD 11,12 & 13 all seem to have the very latest version of Sigil (1.2.1) in their ports collections (for the amd64 & i386 architectures). Availability on GhostBSD should be similar, since it's based on FreeBSD 12.1 STABLE (and GhostBSD ports is updated from FreeBSD Ports).

I have very little experience getting Sigil up and running on BSD-type OSes, but hopefully someone can help you if you run into trouble.
