- Allow auto-pop lists to be default all the time and handle them better.

Thinking about this some more, I realized something I should have yesterday: There is something broken, namely that you can't add/remove from that last non-auto list while the last auto list is the default.

(And that the next 'default' list was chosen at random when the current default was deleted.)

The attached version allows auto-pop lists to be explicitly set as default and, I believe, correctly rebuilds the menus in all cases now. Also, when the current default list is deleted, the new default list is chosen alphabetically first from the remaining manual lists, then auto-pop lists to more closely minor past behavior.
