Connecting the USB2 port on my HP laptop to the Aura H2O, I could browse the kobo using IE, but as soon as Calibre fired up I got the communication error.
But, I was able to to sync the Calibre database to the Aura H2O using an external USB 2 hub, so happy result in the end.
