Same thing for me. I've read Dune probably 10 times. Never got to the rest. My Mom finally read the rest 20 years ago. When I read a really superb book, I tend not to read follow-ups because like follow-up movies -they often don't quite measure up. This is different from say a trilogy where the actual story runs over several books.

Also, what's nice about buying from Amazon, except for the first book, you can get a discount on the audiobook. I have Dune already narrated by George Guidall so no need to get the Audible version.
