I have a libra H2O and I'm having issues with bookmarking pages. It has been working very sporadically.

If I click the top right to bookmark the page, the ear bend graphic shows up. But when i go to view the bookmarks there is nothing there under any view or filter setting. But closing and opening the book still shows the bent ear if i manually navigate to that page.

I've reconverted the book to kobo kepub format and cleared the book from the device and reloaded it via calibre, but it simply doesn't work.

However, I find that sometimes if I navigate earlier or later into the book and bookmark something it shows up in the bookmark list, but then going back and bookmarking a previous page will show the ear bend but not the bookmark in the list.

I'm currently using the Dracula epub from Gutenberg site and all the latest updates, firmware, calibre, plugins, etc. I convert the epub to kepub and send it to the device. The statistics option also doesn't show up most of the book. and seems to be directly related. if i see the statistics icon, the bookmark will work. If i don't it will ear bend but not show in the list.

When the bookmark is not in the list and i close the book it will open to the book cover upon next launch. But if the bookmark shows and i close it it opens back to where it was.

Could this be an issue with the conversion? Plugin? I found one other instance of someone having this issue online on a similar kobo device, but not the libra h2o but there were no replies... anything i could try? it's frustrating to have to find my page everytime.

update: notes, highlights, and annotations act the same exact way and show their status in the book itself, but don't show up in the bookmark list.
