Can we have a rule : do not hyphenate after a no break space ?
Or perhaps I need to soft hyphen the epub with the plugin hyphenate it before converting to kepub.

KePub has issues with hyphenation. There's nothing we can do to fix this. The only solution would be to try ePub and see how that goes.
