put the Manga name in the Series column, the Chapter number in the Series index, and the Chapter name in the Title column.

When you send the CBZ to your Fire send it with a template comprising the Series Name, Series Index, and Title, e.g. Baki - Son Of Ogre: Chapter 1 - The Bloodline of the Fighting Gods. One of the coding gurus can help you with the template.

There's a Manage Series plugin that may be of some help, see Index of plugins
