I can't help there. The light in my Glo stopped working a long time ago. The LEDs failed somehow as I was able to another Glo to test. I doubt it is a general firmware issue as I don't remember seeing an complaints. I think I have seen comments that the light is working on the Glo with 4.19 and later.

Did you do a factory reset? Just installing the 2.1.5 update package over 4.19 is not likely to work. A factory reset should work, but there will be issues doing the update.
