It's stuck on the Starting Up screen with the row of black squares ticking by. It never goes anywhere else. No matter how long I hold down the Power button or keep a needle stuck in the Reset hole, nothing happens. I can't shut it down, I can't reset it, I can't do anything. If I let the battery run down it freezes and then, upon recharging, goes right back to "Starting Up."

Is there anything I can do other than going back to AliExpress about it?
