Sorry people. I found the path error. it was my "Environment" line in the service file. But it also works without it. But after upgrading it was broken and showed in the logs that it can't write to the proper path.
But actually the error in itsel is gone. Maybe it was removing Python 2 and installing python-is-python3 whch helped because I can start the service again.
